Two separate ovens, including a large fan oven for even cooking and a glide-out grill, offering full and half grilling thanks to a dual element, provides a range of functionalities for flexible cooking.
A large 80 litre multi-function oven offers seven cooking functions including defrost, fanned, fanned grill, fan assisted, conventional, browning and base heat, and comes equipped with a telescopic shelf that prevents tilting forward when removing food from the oven.
Furthermore, a handy storage draw helps to optimise your kitchen space.
The Mercury range cooker offers a state-of-the-art five zone induction hob as an alternative to a gas hob.
Induction is the safest way to cook, and the most efficient as it makes use of 90% of the available heat compared to that of 55% used by gas burners.
This innovative induction hob offers nine power settings, providing the flexibility to cater for all types of cooking, including low temperature cooking and simmering. Each zone also offers a boost functionality so maximum temperature can be reached quickly.
Designed with a host of features, this induction hob top offers a pan detection function, which recognises when a pan is placed on to one of the cooking zones and switches the heat off when removed.
Offering precise control and high power, the Mercury cooker also has the option of a gas hob. There are five gas burners on all Mercury models, all made from sealed brass, and the exceptionally large centre burner is perfect for wok cooking.
The gas hob features cast-iron pan supports which are sturdy and durable, offering heavy duty performance and resistance against wear and tear.
The five gas burners on the Mercury Dual Fuel models are topped with a porcelain enamel finish cast-iron flame spreader to provide heat distribution and retention for highly controllable cooking.
